WHAT PROBLEM WERE WE TRYING TO SOLVE?

Product managers, marketing, and design teams were struggling to find current product imagery and content. Call centers and sales teams needed to be able to access product data before becoming available to consumers.

MY INVOLVEMENT

WHERE DID WE START?

Performed usability testing to understand what struggles users were having with the current website. Used those sessions to probe deeper and understand critical tasks that were not able to be completed with the current system. 
 
Performed analysis of existing product data, identified gaps and collaborated with the product and development teams on ways to close the gaps.

DESIGN & VALIDATE

Identified primary tasks for each user type and then developed site architecture, wireframes, and design.
 
Created interactive prototypes for small, mid and large screen sizes that were used for usability testing.
